Lauren Alexis: Biography, Age, Net Worth & Why She Deleted Videos

You might have stumbled across the name Lauren Alexis while watching a Sidemen video or scrolling through ASMR content, but beyond a handful of videos and a few social media posts, surprisingly little is publicly known about this Canadian YouTuber. Eight facts, one pattern: every verifiable detail comes directly from the creator’s own accounts. There is no third-party confirmation for most claims.

What is Lauren Alexis famous for?

What content does she create?

Lauren Alexis’s YouTube channel features ASMR sleep instructions, a spin-the-wheel challenge, and a video questioning “Should Christians Wear Bikinis?”. Her content mix leans into lifestyle and curiosity-driven topics. The channel shows 356 subscribers and exactly 7 videos (YouTube channel).

Why does she have a small following?

There is no single answer. Her video count is low, and she has not posted new content on her main channel for some time. Without regular uploads or promotion, organic growth stalls. The lack of cross-platform consistency — no Instagram or TikTok linked from her X profile — also limits discovery.

What is her most popular video?

Among the seven videos, the “Spin the Wheel” challenge has the highest viewership, likely because it is associated with the Sidemen brand. Exact view counts are not publicly listed, but the video’s comments and engagement surpass her other uploads (YouTube channel).

Bottom line: Lauren Alexis is famous less for a body of work than for a single collaboration and a handful of curiosity-driven videos. For fans seeking more, the library is thin. For casual browsers, the Sidemen video remains the entry point.

Why did Lauren Alexis delete all her videos?

Was there a controversy?

No official explanation has been given.

— X post by Grok (low confidence)

A low-confidence social media post from August 2025 suggests the videos were removed around that time, but the reason — deletion by choice, hacking, or YouTube termination — remains speculative.

When did the deletion happen?

The same post places the removal around mid-August 2025. Because the channel had only seven videos, the disappearance would have been instant and complete.

What videos remained?

An older channel called “Lauren Alexis TV” still hosts older content, according to the same low-confidence post. This secondary channel appears to have been left untouched.

Bottom line: The video deletion is a black box. No entity has taken responsibility or offered a reason. For followers, the only action is to monitor her secondary channel for clues.

Is Lauren Alexis in a relationship?

Has she publicly shared?

No public relationship information is available. Her social media profiles do not mention a partner, and she has never posted about a boyfriend or girlfriend.

Any social media hints?

A review of her X feed shows no romantic references, tags, or photos with a significant other. The absence of any hint is itself the only data point.

Bottom line: Her relationship status is a complete unknown. For tabloid-style queries, there is simply nothing to report.

How did Lauren Alexis become famous?

What was her first video?

Her earliest known upload on the current channel dates back about five years, though the exact title is no longer visible. According to a secondary biography site, she may have started a vlog channel in June 2016 before moving to the current channel in March 2017 (The Famous People (biography site, medium confidence)).

Did she collaborate with Sidemen?

Yes. She appears in a “Spin the Wheel” video that features members of the Sidemen group. This single appearance is the most significant driver of her name recognition. The video itself has millions of views and remains on the Sidemen channel.

Bottom line: Her fame is almost entirely derivative — a single Sidemen collab generated more exposure than her own channel ever did. For aspiring creators, the lesson is that a large-network appearance can dwarf years of solo work.

How old is Lauren Alexis?

What is her birthdate?

Lauren Alexis’s age is not publicly documented. No reliable source provides her date of birth. Some secondary pages estimate she was born in 1999, but those claims conflict with the Canadian nationality noted in her own X profile and are not independently corroborated.

Is her age publicly known?

Simply put, no. Any number you see online is an unverified guess. The content plan confirms that age is among the “unclear” items.

Bottom line: Age remains a blank field. For anyone trying to confirm how old she is, the only honest answer is “we don’t know.”

— Lauren Alexis, X profile bio

This single phrase, pulled from her X profile, is the only unedited statement she has made publicly. It confirms her nationality but raises more questions about the gaps in every other data point.

For curious viewers, the implication is clear: any attempt to build a full biography will stall at the wall of missing facts. The prudent approach is to accept the limits of available information rather than fill them with speculation. Until Lauren Alexis provides more — or until a journalist secures an interview — the public record remains a drawer with only a few pieces of paper, leaving curious viewers with limited options.
